Mystic Apparel Company, Inc. was formed and incorporated in June 1993. We are a swimwear company that was founded on the strength of its rich heritage in the swimwear industry and continues to embrace the traditional values of superior product quality and customer service in the company policies under which we operate in the present-day global business environment. We design, manufacture and market our own swimwear brands for our performance, junior, missy and plus-size divisions, as well as several private label programs for prominent retailers.
Our company has grown considerably in its fourteen years of existence with our attention focused on growing our junior market business, and our efforts have succeeded in firmly establishing our brands in today’s highly competitive swimwear marketplace. Our junior brand labels continue to enjoy wide customer appeal. We have expanded our product development team and marketing and sales staff with bright, forward-thinking talent who have a wealth of experience in the swimwear market and are actively exploring and pursuing new markets for our product lines.
In the past four years we have made great strides in diversifying into new swimwear markets. In 1998 Mystic Apparel Company launched the Figure Magic division for missy women’s swimwear. We staffed this division with skillful, talented and energetic personnel who are experienced in the business, know their customers and their markets, and effectively apply their expertise in the successful development of their collections.
